All sales are final. If there is damage to physical products in shipping then it will be remade once a claim is filed with the shipping company first.

TERMS OF USE

Failure to comply with our terms means that you are in violation of the purchase agreement. This will result in immediate termination of your user license without a refund. Should your permission to use be terminated, you must discontinue the usage and destroy all downloaded content in your possession.

User License/Permissions

With downloading our designed content, you will not own it; instead, we are permitting you to use it, known as the license to use, per our terms. This license is for the downloaders use (granted to the original purchaser only) and is personal to you but not exclusive to you. We grant other customers with the same or similar licenses.
You may use these digital files for personal, non-commercial usage as a tool for producing your own finished product(s). You may only modify these designs to create a finished, physical product.

This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title; under this license, you MAY NOT:

Change or modify these designs to sell/share/trade/redistribute as any form of digital content.
Sell, trade, share or redistribute as-is to third parties.
Copy, duplicate, or upload these files, except for making necessary backups for your own usage. We will not provide you with additional copies for any reason.
Post our designs in black and white or high-resolution png/svg format on any website, social media outlets, or sales platforms.

Commissioned Work

All content for commission work is only shared with the commissioner or those they have released permission too
- We do not re-sell any custom designs or works
- Will shared photos of any finally product only with expressed permission.
All license and trademarks are at the sole discretion of the commissioner and the use there of
- Unlike the ecommerce, commissioned work can be:
  - Resold
  - Trademarked/Branded
